Delete your account

Request permanent removal of your Wish Mark account and personal data.

This action is permanent

Deleting your account removes your business profiles, saved logos, points balance, and history. This cannot be undone. If you only want to remove one of multiple profiles, you can do that from Profile → Delete inside the app instead of deleting your whole account.

What happens when you delete your account

  • Removed: your account login, all saved business profiles (name, logo, contact details), points balance, and your earning/spending history.
  • Removed: any custom images you uploaded for poster generation.
  • Retained briefly: purchase and payment transaction records, kept only as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance, then deleted per our retention schedule.
  • Not refunded automatically: any unused paid points. If you'd like to request a refund for unused points, please do so before submitting your deletion request — see our Refund Policy.

How long it takes

We process deletion requests within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and associated data have been deleted.

Changed your mind?

If you submit a request by mistake, contact us immediately at support@vrajaiindia.com — we can cancel the request only before it has been processed.
